A witness statement is a document recording the evidence of a person, which is signed by that person to confirm that the contents of the statement are true.
If you are an Insurance Company, Law Firm or individual. Phoenix Fire Training Solutions can meet with an individual and record an accurate Witness Statement. Phoenix Fire Training Solutions state that the Witness Statement will remain confidential and released only to the party requesting the Witness Statement.
WITNESS INTERVIEWS
The purpose of interviewing witnesses is to ascertain the witness's account of the alleged event(s) and any other information that would assist in an investigation.

Fees
A quote will be provided once the quantity of work is known.
There may be a fee for travel expenses and accommodation based on location of facility. This will be decided and agreed upon prior to commencement of work
