EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS
As more and more people are becoming affected by the impact of emergencies at all levels of their lives, it is proving to be more imperative that a facility and its occupants are trained to respond and recover to these emergencies with an emphasis on ensuring the safety of all affected.
It is a legal requirement in Australia under the Work Health & Safety Act 2011, that the Persons Conducting Business and Undertaking (PCBU) are required to ensure the safety of all of the facilities occupants by ensuring as practical as possible a safe workplace. An integral component in ensuring safety is the development, implementation, dissemination and training of an Emergency Response Procedure.
Whilst there is a generic format for designing Emergency Response Procedures, Phoenix Fire Training Solutions recognises that all Workplaces are different thus requiring a different approach to ensure you’re your Workplace has an Emergency Response Procedure that is relevant and doable based on the variables of your particular Workplace.
Phoenix Fire Training Solutions can either assist you or solely develop an Emergency Response Procedure to suit your needs.
Your Emergency Response Procedural document will be developed in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Once we have workable document, we will introduce it to your workplace and begin the training of your staff so that they can implement the document if required.
